Never have i experienced such pathetic service from a company. Every few months ADT's billing department calls to say that a person is in arrears with payments or the account has been short paid AND EVERY single time one has to fax the proof of payment. I have made numerous attempts to get ADT's MANAGEMENT to resolve the issue but nothing gets resolved. Everything falls on deaf ears. Has anybody else experienced such bad service from this company. I will not even mention there response times when the panic button is triggered as that is too scary to mention.
