On the 30th January 2013 I submitted a compliant about the non service I had recieved with regards the repairs done to my car, on the 31st January 2013 I recieved and acknowlagement of my compliant from Budget stating that they had recieved my complaint and that they would be contacting me soon. As of 14th February I still have not recieved any response from Budget! I am now at my wits end, is there a Insurance ombudsman that could possible help me resolve my issues as I am getting nowhere with alll the empty promises from Budget, this has been going on scince November last year!
