Refusing my money and bad mouthing me

To whom it may Concurn

I was employed at Epr Security From 6 October 2012 - 6 March 2013 I worked a full shift on the 17 Febuary 2013 When came month end i saw there was a problem on my payslip and not all the monies were paid out, i went and did a pay query with Berna from HR department, she then said that according to her records Mr M Van Zyl had said that i did not work on 17 Feb 2013, when ask to get proof that i did work that day it word be sorted out and i would get the monies, I'v since been to see Mr M Van Zyl on two occasions and on both occasions i have not received the information i requested on the 2Nd occasion when i want to fetch the monies i was told by Mr M Van Zyl that he would look into it again as i did not work my notice in march when i said i would be going to CCMA which im in the process of doing Mr M Van Zyl told me to Foetsek.

I Find this very unprofessional and disturbing. please have this matter taken up or farther legal actions will be taken against Mr M Van Zyl.
