DISGUSTING SERVICE

Never in my life have I experienced, such bad service, or lack thereof, From bayhack attorneys in Parktown.
I have an account with them, which I am currently paying off. I have made payments since April up until december 2013, to which I have requested on numerous occasions, that an updated statement be sent to me, so that I can atleast have proof that they received my monies. up until this very day, I have only received feedback from Siritta, once, that date being : 02/07/2013. i have requested via email and contacted on numerous times, still no Feedback, which only gives me the impression that has been comitted as, how can it be so difficult to follow up with a client. they are very quick to contact you at your work, to threaten you, to make payments, but wont lift a finger to provide feedback, whatsoever.!! this is completely disgusting and will definitely be spreading the word. I will not make any further payments until someone comes in contact with me and send me the necessary documentation IREQUESTED!! Completely and utterly disgusted with lack of service. and you call yourself attorneys managing clients monies. SCARY!!!
