Dear ADT, It is with great disappointment that I write this e-mail to you. But I have given more than enough chances. Sales people are so quick on the uptake when it comes to making deals, yet follow through customer service is more than lacking. We tried signing up with you - with a contract stating 2 months free service. You can understand our shock when an amount of R401 bounced on my husbands account - affecting his credit record - BESIDES THE FACT THAT IT WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. I have e-mailed our sales rep - no response - I have phoned our sales rep - no response. I phoned your call centre at head office 3 TIMES TODAY TO BE PUT ON HOLD. NO ONE IS CAPABLE OF EVEN GIVING ME A MANAGERS E-MAIL ADDRESS - LET ALONE PUTTING ME THROUGH TO A PERSON TO SPEAK TO. So, all in all I have a problem with your lack of customer service, your lack of after sales service, false advertising, lack of fixing a problem when you have made an error, the fact that your call centre consultants can't even give out an e-mail address.
