UNHELPFUL AND RUDE SALES STAFF

I went to the High street store to do an upgrade 11/11 & the sales person at MTN Worcester High Street, would not do upgrade on my acc & told me that i was not her customer & told me to come back when debbie was on duty as she had spoken to me the day before & she was also very rude. these are ref no 2903771, 106032970, 106090197 / 106400569 that was given everytime i phoned to follow up. N0 one has phoned me wrt this rude sales person, except someone who said she was from the Head Office Worcester, who was just as rude!

i cant understand that after all these complaints that i logged with the call centre, MTN is just not bothered by their rude staff or lack of service.

THIS HAPPENED 11/11/2013 TODAY IS 30/11/2013 AND NO RESPONSE FROM MTN!!

ALSO I DID MY UPGRADE EVENTUALLY 15/11 AT ANOTHER STORE, THEY LOADED INCORRECT CODES & IT WAS CORRECTED ONLY 26/11/2013 AND INSTEAD OF 150MB DATA, I ONLY RECEIVED 125MB. LANA PHONED ME FROM THE STORE & ADVISED THAT 25MB DATA IS WORTH R7.50 & THAT THEY WOULD CREDIT MY ACC.

I PHONED A MTN STORE IN CAPE TOWN TO FIND OUT PRICE OF MB DATA BUNDLES. 10MB COSTS R10 AND 75MB COSTS R29 SO IS IT REALLY R7.50 FOR 25MB?
