Terrible service call

I just received a terrible service phone call from Lerato at Tracker to confirm if I still owned the vehicle on my account. After I asked if she can help me or to get a reference number, she just put down the phone.

This is exactly why I left Tracker, I bought a new car, and had to transfer the existing Tracker to the new one, but they couldnt help me. Even after phoning about 5 times and transfered everywhere I'm still waiting for the call center supervisor to come back to me on the issue. They already had the new vehicle I bought on their system, and didn't want me to transfer because the old owner still has one installed. I don't see that as my problem. In the end I just went to a different company.
