I have called the Momentum Call Centres a few times for refunds that they say they cannot transfer to my accounts. I have asked FNB to check & they have no record of the so called failed payments from Momentum. I have subsequently asked Momentum for the technical errors they get when trrying to make the tranfer & it fails - they keep giving new reference nyumbers & the attifdtude of the call centre agents is ridiculous. I challenge them to listen to the recording made on the 25 April 2013 at 8:25am when I spoke with Kevin Danariah who told me he can cut my call at any time & the next call centre agent will jst frustrate me more & then when I asked for his managers number he gave me a number that does not exist. The number he gave is 031 574 3000 & this will be on their recording. It seems that no one is interested in actually helping, they only thing you guaranteed of when calling their call centre is a reference number. Momentum refuses to contact me regarding the query, I have to call them all the time & they do not return messages either.
