Cannot change simple details

I called Blue Security on 2 occassions prior to request an update in telephone numbers when my alarm is triggered. On both occasions, the agent profusely apologised and asssured me the numbers would be updated on record. Last night, my alarm went on and I was irritated to find out that they were dialling the number that I had requested to be used as a back up number and not the first number.
Because of this I shall be be cancelling my debit order, I do not want a consultant to call me to apolgise and assure me of the changes. I want a consultant to call me to give me a solution and a rebate this months subscriptions for the ineffecienies of incompetent staff.
