At this point i would like to tell ADT to fly somewhere.

From the beginning of the process just to get a quote was a nightmare, if i dident follow up i would still be waiting.

I have requested a quote over a month ago, eventually a consultant came out to do so, a week later we singend the contract. Its been over 3 weeks now still no alarm in my house my consultant does not pick up her phone or return my calls, i get sms to test my alam but no alarm. cant believe this is the service I'm getting. After i personally followed up from head office no body had my documents. Out of the blue i get a call saying they will come and install on the 09/10/2013 . NOW the ADT technician says to me what i was quoted is INCORRECT and i need to purchase more sensors REALLY

Now I'm back at square one with no alarm...

Ill be awaiting for a phone call from ADT
