More money deducted on my monthly premium

Dear MFC

I received a call from one of your representative, asking for my proof of Comprehensive insurance, which i have provided. she said she will confirm with Mi-Way my details and get back to me, which she never did, Three weeks later, i received a letter which said i was to provide MFC within a certain period. i tried numerous times to contact your call centre, with no luck. i then forwarded an email, with proof of my Comprehensive Insurance cover to [Email Removed] even requested feedback, but no feedback was provided. about a week later, i received another letter, stating that "you are hereby informed that the value added product you agreed to telephonically has been added to your account" now what on earth is this?

first of all i did not agree to anything. I then called your call centre again, 15/05/2013 spoke to Sashlin, who said that they have received my proof of comprehensive cover and that no added amount will be deducted from my account, well guess what, 25 May 2013 an additional amount of R435.8 was deducted from my account. Can someone please explain to me how did this happen? clearly customer service isn't your priority.
