The security officer did not how the lock box worked to get access to my property. Instead of blaming it on the client like some other three letter security companies would do, they came out again with the supervisor. They assessed the situation and will hold small "training" sessions with all the shifts so they everybody is up to date.

4 Letter companies are much better than those with 3.
