Account cancelled but still being billed

Adt has over and over proved how little they care about their customers. I cancelled my account with ADT at the end of 2012 and after multiple phone calls and two months of attempting to get ADT's attention I was finally refunded for their faulty system. They now constantly send me emails on a monthly basis qith an account stating that i owe them in excess of R2000. I have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of a manager at the Durban branch, Mr Ivan Govender and emailed him more than four times requesting an explanation for the account and have not received a single reply. This is the exact reason I will never deal with ADT again nor will I recommend ADT to anyone. They are extremely difficult to deal with and I am very frustrated with the constant problems I have experienced with them
