Europcar
R2000 deducted from my bank account

In October I rented a car from Europcar, Durban airport branch. Today I received notification that they have deducted R2000 from my bank account. There is no explanation or reason given for this and they did not notify me in any way, I just found it on my bank account.

I have previously complained to Hello Peter about Europcar who did a similar thing to me a couple of years ago (that time it was over R8000). I would not have used them again, but they have a deal going with Kulula, who automatically paired me with them.
