FRUSTRATED!!!

I have been paying cash for some of my doctor's accounts from the beginning of this year as some doctors will no longer deal with Resolution Health. At the end of March I started to make enquiries as to why I have not been compensated or refunded for the doctor's accounts for which I had paid cash on the day of the visit. I had also emailed all necessary documents to Resolution Health. To add to my frustration when I managed to get through by phone I was told that money being paid out to me had been deposited in an old Nedbank account which has been closed for about three years. I filled in and emailed an application form to have the account changed again and emailed it to amends @resomed and ever since then I have emailed the accounts through to client services on a daily basis. I have also tied to phone numerous times, sometimes spending up to 10 minutes waiting for somebody to answer. In all fairness at this stage considering what I have been through I am now extremely frustrated and at wits end as to what to do next.
