Woolworths charged me for an item that was not mine in 2009. It took them up until July 2011 to sort this matter out with much fighting in between and incompetent service, they would take months to reply to an email, could not help me in store nor over the phone and could not send me proof of the purchase. We eventually sorted it out and woolworths financial services sent me a letter stating the matter was settled, the account paid up and closed. In November 2012 i now recieved a call from them stating that i would be black listed if i did not pay this same amount from 2009!! i have emailed them and called them on numerous occasions and am getting no where! Why can they call requesting the payment 20 times a month however when you send them documentation from them stating that the account was settled you hear nothing from them?? Incompetent service, very unhelpfull on the phone and no one in store can help you. REALLY???!!! Useless!!!
