Altech Netstar
Cant Cancel policy!!!

I have Netstar on my car from 2006 and ever since i paid separate from my insurance premium, so today i get a cheaper quote from another insurance company which includes netstar premium together which makes sense to have it included, but when i called netstar and spoke to Avery he says i have a 36 month contract and have 14 months left to pay or pay R1500 to cancel, NOW my question to him was show me what i have signed to say i i am obligated to this so he say i must contact ballito branch in durban for the contract which i did and spoke to Nancy who then says i must wait till she gets the contract, NOW what is this that i cannot transfer my unit to my insurance or cancel... So if i sold my car and dont need the unit or a new car i must still pay for this?? Faark that Netstar you i am putting a stop order for no more debits and i suggest yourl get moving and show me documents signed or this is going to another level because i noticed that yourll are ripping people off each day and i aint going to get ripped off by you
