I spoke to Portia of ADT on 12 /4 2013 to obtain the status of my account. She promised that Winnie (credit controller) will call me back. Nothing happened. On 17/4/2013 i called again but switchboard operator promise to put me through to Winnie, nothing happened and i hung up. On 17/4/2013 i have sent an e-mail to ADT through their website where they promise to contact customers within 24 hours. Today, 5 /5/2013 i am still waiting. This is poor service for such a simple and easy request.
