I have on numerous occasions contacted Tracker telephonically and via e-mail to change banking details and debit order date. The amount keeps growing because I cannot get anyone to action my instructions.
I arranged with a lady by the name of Cher and she sent me confirmation that an amount of around R270.00 would be deducted off my account on 25/04/2013. This has not happened. Please can someone sort this out. I really do not know what to do anymore and am getting very frustrated that this simple instruction cannot be dealt with.
