My 3 year contract with ADT was coming to an end on April 15th 2013. I contacted the call centre and email the notifications to them. During March i followed up with the Call Centre. Nothing was done to flag for cancellation. I resend all the information including the original emails. Was told they will load it on the system. To my surprise at the end of April ADT deduct a full years subscription again. I followed up with the call centre and they were all confused as i am still a client. NOT!!! After a couple of minutes they said it will only be cancelled at the end of May. I am sorry i did my part way in advance and want my money back ASAP.
Don't even consider them to protect your family as on multiple occasions they did not even pitch up. But on the other hand is quickly to take your money... BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE and expect only to see a car in your neighbourhood if you complain enough to the area managers. Never again Thanks for nothing ADT.
