Debt Rescue did not pay off all my debt in 5 years, made lots of promises

Debt Rescue said they will help me pay off my debt at the Bank of 3 years extended to 5 years. I paid almost R110 000.00 for a R80 000,00 problem, still owes the Bank R20 000.00 for Bank costs that was not paid in 5 years by Debt Rescue
