I had a 45 days of experience with my cellphone being locked and barred and of calling Nashua Mobile helpdesk and visiting the branch on a daily basis. Mariette at Brits mall branch has never been impatient or rude and tried every avenue she could to solve my problem. I also have to mention Elani at helpdesk. She got to the root of the problem and did all she could to fix it. She even followed up on it and phoned me back. Something that nobody else at helpdesk did. Mariette and Elani, I wish there were more people like you. You are stars and deserve more than just a huge THANK YOU.
