They don't want refund a client

This company doesn't want to pay back our money as they debited twice in less than 3 days.

I tried to call them they promised to reverse the money on the 24th of December. She said I must wait for 24 hours yet till today there's nothing they sent on my account. Now it's 263 hours been waiting for my money.
