DEBIT ME TWICE

Atlas should be ashamed in the manner in which they treat existing clients, ITS JUST SHAMEFUL, On the 20th June, Fnb contacted Atlas to advise of my switching bank accounts from Capitec to FNB, Atlas refused to change my banking details and debit date, what did i do as a good client? I transferred money into my Capitec account yet they go debit my FNB account morning of the 27th then decides to debit my Capitec account later the evening, they took money twice from me twice, which means my other 2 debit orders did not go off because of your companies incompetence. I applied for a top up loan with Mbali at the call centre in black and white she tells me i will get a loan of R1000 and repay R1300 the following month, she then comes back to say i am not employed for more than 3 months at my new company so they cant loan this to me, yet this does not stop you from debiting my account monthly, I WANT THE CAPITEC DEBIT ORDER REVERSED TODAY, BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT, TODAY. I WILL NOT BE INCONVENIENCED further by your company and hello peter is only the beginning.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
