I pay off the account

Good day. I Nkosana Alfred Nkutha identity number 7909255929080 hereby lay a complained about Atlas Finance. I did pay the account in full but Atlas Finance claiming that I am still owing them R4050 but I did pay this account in 2008 in full . since from 2009 after I pay them they did not give me pay up letter to show that I payed off and I was not aware of that, I knew that I payed off the account with them. I applied for the credit card with nedbank today then they told me that my name is still on judgement I have to contact credit bureau and when I checked with credit bureau I realized that I still owe Atlas Finance and I was so supprised because I know I payed this account in full. I contacted atlas and they told me that I still owe thenm according to their system and this is unfair really. Their number is 087 701 1910 . please advise
