Hollywood bets closed my account for no apparent reason towards the ending of August. I have been trying since then to open up this account as i still have money in there, they asked me to send through documents which i did and still the account has not been activated as yet. I have been calling them every single day and the only response you get was " We will ascelate this to our auditors". They do not response to emails neither do they call you back with any feedback what so ever. This is my own money in that hollywood account, i dont understand why they deactived my account. It seems as if they are taking so long so people will eventually forget about it and they can pocket the money for themselve. Pathetic customer service!!!
