Addition of items on the new account without explaining to customers

I opened an account in July 2022. the person who assisted me also added things on the account without my permission. like magazine and the other item. Since July I never received a statement but provided all my details. I went to another Total Sport in Polokwane to pay my account and also requested a statement to check as the balance was not decreasing. It then that I discovered that since July i have been paying for magazines that I never received. That lady explained to me that they get incentives for selling those magazines. Why should a person expect to benefit fraudulently like that. Your staff should be trained to do the right things. if I didn't check what was I exactly paying for then even today I will still be paying for the stupid magazines. I think they are still doing that to poor customers. Thieves.
