On 2013-01-21 at 16:00 i ordered tea and popcorn .at 16:30 i am informed that the kitchen is changing the gas source and that the toast will take longer. i change the order to tea and toast. at 16:45 i am informed by the waitress that there are no teabags and that she cannot fulfil the order.

there are no managers in sight
i informed the racing official, Sandip about the incident but no feedback to date
