NO ICE on a SAT NIGHT

We went to the V&A waterfront movies on Sat night 27 April 7.30pm and when asked for ice for our drinks we were told there is no ice! Seriously? How is one expected to drink a cool drink without ice? This is totally unacceptable especially on a Sat night. Why couldn't someone go buy ice somewhere? Really not cool considering what a fortune we have to pay for the drinks at the movies. And drinks without ice just don't taste good. Very disappointing evening Nu Metro and inexcusable.
