Horrible conditions

Have been going to the waterfront v&a nu metro movies for some years now..on many occasions you will find the aircon not working at all. The heat inside the cinemas is unbearable. Also the sound is so soft u battle to hear..tonight the 14th sep 2013 while watching a 730 show i was told its the waterfront central cooling. This was been told to me while standing in the cool aircond entrance area. I think this was to complicated for the manager on hand to understand after i complained for the 2nd time. Be sure to also try get seats as far front as possible as the sound is very soft on many occasions. As said if this was a once off occurance then i would probably hold my opinion but this has been going on for years now..im a keen movie-goer and really enjoy a weekly viewing but something must be said..if a night out to the movies is your desire i must advise to stay clear of this location as Nu Metro Waterfront will be a sure way of finding yourself in frustrating enviroment for an hour or two...
