On monday the 22nd, i was looking for accommodation at sun city cabanas and checked on the internet and the price was R1017 per room and they have a special where you get sunday free. I then called to make a booking and was given the R1017 price i made the book and i received a pro-forma invoice and the price was R1017 but they charged for sunday so i sent an email to enquire why i was charged for the sunday. Tuesday morning i received an email with a new pro-forma invoice to my suprise the price had changed from the R1017 to R1525 but the sunday free. I then phoned the customer service and was told that the prices had been updated. I then sent an email to complain about the sudden price increase. On the 25th i received a call and the lady told me that they will not change the price. Sun international is a huge group and i have always thought they are professional but im doubting their service. Its not my problem that their prices were changed after i made my initial booking. The price i saw and was 1st quoted on should be the price i get. Im really disappointed at their service and have to cancel due to their lack of competency
