I would like to lay a formal complaint against Jester Cruises. In February this year I arranged a party on the boat, in doing so I booked a table upstairs - when I arrived there, there was no table booked for us and we were accused of not paying for our tickets - which is just one of the that came out of the owner's mouth. We were also accused of bad behaviour (keep in mind that there were mature adults at this party being accused of this) and tampering with safety equipment - there were no signs anywhere. The staff were very unfriendly and not very helpful.

The second part of my complaint is that this 'company' employed people (about 4 girls) at the beginning of the year as waitresses - in less than a month's time all these waitresses were fired - in an extremely unfair manner. It was as if reasons were made up in order to fire these people. HYPOCRITICAL is the word that comes to mind - as the people in charge is just as much in the wrong if they fire the waitresses for the reasons which they did.

I brought in business for this company - but, in reality, they have just lost a whole bunch of people thanks to their behaviour. I would not advise anyone to support them.
