Primi Eastgate NO Zone

Hello,
My boyfriend and I went into Primi on the 16th of December for a quick late lunch. We wanted to sit outside and the host said there was no space and the other tables were in the sun, she said we must go check for ourselves. We did and there was an available table. Never the less we sat down and were provided with menus. We sat for 20 minutes not being asked if we had anything to order. The waitor and waitresses were standing around and not serving the people that had arrived before us or ourselves. The service was not received at all from the time we entered the restaurant to the time we decided to leave. Disgusted by the behaviour, never again!
