They don't cruise the bay as stipulated

My friends and I went on a cruise on 3 January 2013. We called ahead and asked where the boat will be going and we were told it would be a bay cruise. On getting on the ship (after paying and buying a drink) we were told that we would be going past the stadium as the weather was poor. Note it was a stunning day with not a breath of wind. After we left the dock we floated around INSIDE the harbor for an HOUR and then proceeded "out" to the bay where we merely saw the stadium from afar and 20 mins later we returned to the jetty. SERIOUSLY? After the cruise we went to Hoby Beach to see the "bad" conditions. We saw a group of swimmers doing a training swim, a chokka boat gliding steadily across the bay, a jetski and group of canoeists. All that activity is such so called "bad" conditions. It was a complete rip off and I could have saved the R150, 00 and sat at the yacht club and seen exactly what I saw in the boat.
