The shocking service which myself and the rest of the bachelor party members experienced on Saturday was disgusting. I booked a table for 13 for my friends Bachelor party. We had everything planned from Tuk Tuk services collecting us outside your venue at a certain time to buying a bottle or 2 from for our table and enjoying the night. This booking was made over a month ago. When arrived on Saturday night we were told that you were full and could not let us in... despite the fact that I ALREADY MADE A BOOKING!!

Then after demanding to speak to the owner Ludwig he told me that we must just wait around. An hour later after waiting to get in to your club we were told that the club is now closed!! This ruined the night for us.

We had to then change our arrangements with Tuk Tuk and find another place to enjoy what was left from the Bachelor party.

One word of advice Shimmi's when a group of 13 guys book their bachelor party at your venue and especially if they are coming from Cape Town, stick to your arrangements. I will now make it my mission to urge everyone not to go to Shimmi's as this was extremely unprofessional and digusting behaviour!!!
