MSC STARLIGHT CRUISES NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORD!

End November 2012, the sinfonia was stuck in cape town due to inclement weather conditions. We were not allowed off the ship and neither did we go to our destination which is Luderitz. We were promised a 50% discount on our next trip.
on the 22nd January 2013, I contacted gateway travel and tours to book for the 3 out of 4 people that travelled at the end of November. A week ago i.e. 15 February 2013 gateway travel and tours responded by sayin that the discount applicable is per cabin and not per person! We have booked 2 cabins. 2 of the people who have the 50% discount will be travelling with 2 other people has been sorted out. the other cabin has one person with the discount travelling with a pensioner and 2 kids below 12 years of age. This person was told that MSC will not allow her to use her 50% off in another cabin and that the pensioner occuping with her will not get the 20% pensioners discountr. This is in South Africa!
