Cut-off again after an amount of R750 02/04

Last month at about this time our account with MNet was suspended.
Last month, after a ludicrously long wait on the phone to the call Centre, and then being cut off, I posted a report on HelloPeter and within a very short time I got a phone call form the MNet's General Manager's Office.
They apologized profusely for the inconvenience and told me that the service had been switched on again.
They even posted a report on HelloPeter.
I now have an eft in my hand from Standard Bank that clearly shows on 2nd April 2013 we paid MNet an amount of R750-00. Mnet didn't bother to send us an account by email this month so we guesstimated the amount.
But guess what? MNet cut us off again!
This afternoon we tried to get through to MNet but, after being 121 in the queue and waiting and waiting for some 40 minutes, we were cut off.
This time I am not cross with Mnet/DSTv, I am positively FURIOUS.
MNet's service continues to like an Electrolux.
Due to MNet's breach of contract - no account sent by MNet but we still paid - we hereby cancel; our MNet subscription.
Please ensure that the amount of R750-00 that we paid to MNet is refunded to our account this evening.
