6th July I called to have this service disconnected and to confirm that all funds were received. A gentleman confirmed that my services was disconnected and that I owed nothing, that the account was on ZERO balance. Now I find out YESTERDAY from multichoice that ACTUAALY the R349 I was listed for on ITC (which I didn't know about) in the first place, was for the insurance that was STILL running and NOT disconnected. My instructions were clear, disconnect the service. Why would I want insurance to run if I don't have the service anymore, it doesn't make sense. Multichoice goes and puts my name on ITC without my knowledge that I owed them money. Worst of all money that should have not even be running. if I knew about this long before I would have sorted the matter before this ended up on ITC. This is very bad considering its their incompetency that failed and caused my name ending up on ITC, I demand that they remove my name TODAY. this is disgusting, considering.
