So, you guys really understand business right?? I am a Premium subscriber... but noticed that Channel 229 carries cycling and I have a keen interest... so I contacted the call centre and was imformed that I am not allowed to watch this channel unless I DOWNGRADED my service... did I mention that I am a Premium client? So you are prepared to reduce my fee rather than provide me with the channel at a cost... where the did you learn to do business... ROLL ON THE COMPETITION!!!
