Stores DOESNT answer their phones!

I've tried calling your stores namely Cavendish, kenilworth centre and waterfront and none of these calls gets answered! its frustrating because why have a store phone which never gets answered and then to top it off the call centres cannot assist me either so you can imagine the amount of frustration im in. If all your consultants are busy then maybe you should employ someone just to answer the phones as its been noted that im not the only one that has an issue with getting through to any mtn store!
