Kept on hold for 40 minutes then cut off!

Im sooo irritated with DSTV as a brand!! You would think that for R600 pm you would get better service not to mention perhaps something on showvthats not been recycled 300 times!

I needed my account re activated and was on hold for 40 minutes and got cut off after my call eventually reached the front of a 81 people quee!!!

Then she could not get my details right and then I got cut off!!!

Honestly im so upset!!
