Pathetic online booking service with no feedback

08/04/2013 - I used the online booking system to book tickets for GI Joe 3D through cell phone banking for the 09/04/2012 at 19:45.
I received a message saying successful payment but seats were unable to be booked please call 082 16789.
I confirmed that the money went off my account but when I call and spoke to Eddie the consultant had little to no knowledge of how to deal with a customer.
. I requested the manager Nico and was given his word that I would have the tickets as that was all I was wanted. Understanding that the money might have not been paid and stated I would then pay for the tickets again. I had to call him 3 times for feedback and was told he would get back to me before 08/04/2012 11pm and even that did not happen. I called this morning and Nico is not at work and there was no message left for the new manager Luleka about my situation and needed to explain myself again. Then I was told I had to book again as the IT department confirms no payment. She had no sense of assistance and I am disgusted in the service and the way I was handled, the money has still not returned into my account and now I stand a good chance of not seeing the movie because bad customer servic
