I booked movie tickets online at Irene Sterkinekor for a movie

When booking the movie an error appeared on the screen and I did not receive the tickets. On phoning the support line I was promised the money will be paid back and I can just book again which I then did as this more convenient for me.

On checking my bank statements I saw that I was charged for both transactions as well as an additional R119 for no one knows why.
On phoning the support line again I was greeted with very very bad attitude and it was made to look it was my fault.

Do not book with Sterkinekor online as they will your money!!!
