Where is the service

I have now wasted over R400 on airtime just trying to get hold of DSTV. I got through once where we were cut off. No phone back nothing. I have to phone again and waste more airtime. Just held on for 50 minutes and still no answer. This is not funny... How do you solve problems if you cant even answer phones. Why do you call it a call center if no one answers.
