I cancelled my DSTV package in Nov 2012. January 2013 I requested to only view sabc1, 2, 3 and E-tv, end January they cutt off the signal, I phoned in and was requested to pay a reconnection fee and some other fees which I did pay and signal was restored. End of February signal cutt off YET again, again I phoned in and I was told to pay for a package on which they decided to have opened for me for viewing, I never requested that package. The operator at that time agreed to my complaint and restored the signal. End of March signal was cutt of for third time, same reasons as above. I phoned in on the 8 March to sort it all out AGAIN. Operator at that time said that they will have to listen to previous recordings to confirm my complaint, which will take 7 days and they will respond which never happend. On 8 April they cutt signal off once AGAIN.
This is the FOURTH time this year, every month I have to struggle and phone to get this sorted out. This is ridiculous and unacceptable as a service provider. Sort this out as soon as possible for I already paid my R20.00 to view easyview package for the month. And please dont let this occure again.
