Pretoria Zoo in a disgusting state

On Saturday 6 April, my boyfriend, 5 year old son and I went to the PTA Zoo. I am disgusted. I posted my complaints to the FB page, received a response which was defensive and they did not address the safety of the bridge nor the disgusting unsanitary state of the toilets. I also asked about the penguins water, which was not only very green, but had floating on top. not one penguin was swimming. they told me they can't put chlorine in the water as it will hurt the birds and that it just appears dirty, but it isnt. Why would they mention chlorine, if its SALT water? I responded again, asking again about the bridge safety and toilets, they deleted the entire complaint and blocked me from the page communication. friends of mine who saw the comments, posted on the zoo's wall, where they proceed to and say i verbally abused them and used atrocious language. I have screen shots of all of this, should they try to remove it again. I want to know what is going to be done about all my issues raised, what is going to be done about the about me swearing etc, or if I should approach reporters and the papers?
