Bad service

My husband took our son today to watch The Croods - the 12:30 show. They've bought their tickets at 11:00 this morning already. When they went to buy popcorn and colddrink at about 12:15, they were told - sorry, but The Croods doesn't show today. How disappointing is that???!!! The manager on duty, had no-care attitude. They were told that the film didn't arrived by aeroplane. This is the first day that The Croods is suppose to show in 2D. My question is - why couldn't they show it in 3D. We are REALLY disappointed with the story and the attiture from management and Nu Metro!!!
