FALSE ADVERTISING

So I won a competition on the TOuch down drive show on MEtro FM and was promised VVIP all access and it was short of that. There was no tickets to VVIP rather just VIP. No parking was arranged and no communication was conducted to myself as the recipient of the tickets. There was no one to welcome us and show us where we would be placed. The VVIP was to grant us the opportunity to meet the celebs and that didn't happen. This was by far upsetting to realize that the T&C's were not specific. Tibotouch falsely advertised the experience of a lifetime and that didn't happen.
