What Stale Experience

I was very excited to see my favourite stage musical on the big screen. I went to the 16:45 show for Les Miserable and decided to get some popcorn. I didn't get it at the front entrance as I was told by the chap who took my ticket stub that there was a kiosk inside where I could get some. Off I went and asked for a large popcorn and asked for some lightly slated seasoning, paid and I was off. After seasoning my popcorn I realised it was stale and went back to the yooung lady behind the counter adn advised her of the stale product. She said there was nothing she could do as I had already seasoned and ate of it. I asked for a manager and was told there isnt one on duty. I find the fact that I was forced to pay for a product that was not to my satisfaction unfair and the fact that there was no manager on duty was utterly appaling. Nu Metro ruined my cinema experince. Thanks for nothing
