Multichoice, worst company in SA

DSTV must be the worst compan in S.A, where do I start. Over the last 3 days I have dealt with their pathetic service, call cetre, staff, accredited suppliers and equipment. I bought a PVR decoder and 1st they messed up the installation, I then had to call the call centre and hold for 55 minutes at a cost of R120 for a phone call, then I had to deal with their rude and incompetent staff who had no idea how to assist and now that it has finally been set up the brand new remote i got has just stopped working for no reason, so literally every possible thing this company has offered has not work and been of such poor service and quality..literally the worst company from end to end in this country, but it stems from the arrogance they have from having momopoly on what they offer.. Doesn't change the should be ashamed and utterly embaressed with their overall offerimgs but I bet nothing will cchange. An absolue joke and disgusting set up. All involved should hang their heads in uter shame. I mean really why pay such an expensive premium for such worthless offerings. I recorded the last calls I had with the call centre and am so tempted to find a radio station to play it, just to validat
